Payables & receivables

Payin' Bills & Gettin' Paid

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables are the lifeline of every business. If you have issues in either of these areas (or even both!), your business could be in trouble.

Accounts Payable is getting your bills paid. Our accounts payable service involves ensuring that your supplier bills are correctly recorded and that you know what needs to be paid when. You will still need to do the physical payments but we can make it easier by preparing bank files that can simply be uploaded to your bank with all the amounts and details already taken care of.

Accounts Receivable is getting your invoices paid to you. Our accounts receivable services involves preparing rules around your invoice payments and sending out reminders are agreed upon intervals so your client's do not forget to pay you. We have had great success in getting clients paid and we can even help you refer overdue invoices to debt collection agencies.

Both of these areas are vital to your business's cashflow!
